The 7th annual No-Shenanigans golf tournament, in memory of Nathan Bloom, will be held on Saturday, September 19, at Chardonnay Golf and Country Club in Napa, CA. Shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Lunch, auction and awards start at 1 pm.
No-Shenanigans is a California based non-profit, founded in 2009 as a yearly charity fundraiser and remembrance. 2015 marks the seventh year of continued commitment to further current research, awareness and education in skin cancer and melanoma. Last year, the tournament reached a record goal, $50,000 .
Founded by Hawaii Pacific Solar’s Rob Bloom and his wife Cynthia after the loss of their son to melanoma, to date, the nonprofit has donated $256,265 to the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco to support their Melanoma Research Fellowship and continuing education and awareness.

A No-Shenanigans is also involved in local school programs with “Sun-safety” awareness and education information. The school programs is sponsored and funded through corporate sponsorships from companies like Hawaii Pacific Solar,LLC., Conergy USA, Rockwell Financial, AE Energy, AET Systems, Enphase Energy and many more. These companies have become increasingly involved to broaden our efforts in education at schools. These programs have been delivered to more than 30 schools and 9,000 students, teachers and faculty.
