This 1.5 MW roof top system was installed in three phases on 536 townhome units. The units were occupied at the time, so close coordination with management and frequent communication with residents was critical to getting the job successfully completed with minimal disruption. Located in the seaside community of Puuloa adjacent to Pearl Harbor, this project required extensive trenching through hard basalt rock, which is common in certain areas of Hawaii.
